This was my first time shooting at El Dorado Lake and it became an instant favotite.

Now, this was mainly a shoot with Ashley, but we had her boyfriend, Nathan hop in for a few too.

We started down at the boat dock, which was only slightly spooky, especially with thousands of dollars of equipment strapped to me. This set turned out sooo dreamy.

Next, we moved over to a random field that kind of overlooked the lake. This might have been my favorite spot from the photoshoot.

This was also one of the first shoots I started using my vintage preset on. Still a work in progress lol.

Next we went over to the swimming beach area and got a few there before the sun went down. This area is randomly so beautiful? We started in the field next to the parking lot, and got these Wes Anderson-esque photos.

Then we moved over to the water, which was super pretty, but the beach was covered in geese poop. Ashley was very brave and got in! I was so happy with how this shoot turned out and I was quick to add El Dorado Lake to my location guide. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive from Wichita.
