June 6, 2026 was a special day because it was Caleb and Maggie’s wedding day!

We started our day off at Magdalen Catholic Church in East Wichita. The sanctuary at this church is huge, and makes for some gorgeous photos. I began with some cute detail photos on the steps of the alter.

Then I grabbed some quick getting ready shots with the bridal party. I especially loved this sweet picture of Mom getting a little emotional while waiting to put Maggie’s veil in.

We then transitioned into a first look with Maggie and her dad, some sweet photos with her and her mom, and some GORGEOUS bridals in front of the church’s stained glass windows.

Before the ceremony, we also got a couple of Caleb and his dad for some “getting ready” shots.

And then it was time for the ceremony! I honestly love a Catholic ceremony because I know for a fact they’ll be long enough for me to get plenty of shots. And in a weird way, having strict rules about where I’m allowed to stand helps me from being a anxious about blocking anyone’s view lol.

After their gorgeous ceremony, we did some quick family formals in the church, and then headed downtown for some bridal party pics!

We took these photos at The Baltimore, which is a really cool old building in Downtown Wichita. I think we sort of lucked out because it had been rainy all day and it never rained a drop during these pics. After we finished with the bridal party, we sent them back to the party bus and got started on couple portraits.

After we finished up at the Baltimore, it was time to head to the reception! The reception was pretty much right down the street, at The Vail in Old Town Wichita.

I was honestly a little nervous for a 3.5 hour dance floor, because photos can get awkward or repetitive, especially if the dance floor isn’t poppin. But Maggie and Caleb’s friends and family showed up and showed out, because it was packed ALL night long.

I had such a blast capturing this wonderful bride and groom’s wedding!
